The Crosman 147 is similar to the Crosman 140, but is a .177 caliber, and more rare. This is a 1st variant with spoon handle breech cover, aluminum breech, and auto re-cocking which was manufactured between 1955 and 1956. It’s a single shot, bolt action, multi-pump pneumatic air rifle with manual safety.
The wood stock was refinished. Looks great! The metal has been re-blued.
It was cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. Velocity tested at around 630 fps using lead pellets.
