How To Ship

Never send your gun before checking to see if we can repair that model. Click Here To Contact Us. There is an additional $20 fee for any gun sent to us disassembled.
You can ship us your airgun through regular U.S. mail (Priority Mail) Note: have your airgun packaged and ready to go. It’s not a good idea to carry what looks like a firearm to the post office. We will repair your gun, then contact you by phone or email when your repair is complete (about 6 to 8 weeks). Please keep a copy of your USPS receipt for tracking through USPS, and allow about 1 week for your gun to be received into our system after tracking says it’s been delivered. If you included an email address we will email you a copy of the sales order when your gun is entered into our system. Check your spam / junk folders.

Paying for Repairs

We’ll send you an invoice by email, or regular U.S. mail after the repair is complete. You can pay an invoice by phone, or online using our secure online payment system. We also accept checks through the mail. As soon as we’ve received payment + return shipping costs we will ship your airgun back to the address you supplied.

Please include a note with your gun with any additional info, return shipping address, phone number, and an email will allow us to email you a copy of the sales order which also acts as a confirmation that we’ve received your gun into our system. Do not send payment with your airgun. Payment will not be due until your airgun repair is completed.
