Shopping Cart, Payments and Checkout
To prevent fraud (for you and us) there are a series of security filters in place. The most common reasons payments fail are:
- A misspelling in the address somewhere
- The address associated with the credit card does not match the billing address entered at checkout
- There is a “daily limit” on your credit card which has been exceeded. Try calling your bank.
No. You can checkout with PayPal using a credit or debit card even if you don’t have an account with them. Just look for the credit card option.
We currently only ship to all U.S. States, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands (U.S.), and Puerto Rico
Generally most orders placed before 8am will ship that day. Orders places on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday (unless it’s a holiday). In most cases we ship via USPS Priority Mail which is 1 to 3 business days.
Check your email. If you don’t see an email check your spam or junk folder. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order is processed on our end at around 8 or 9 am Est Monday thru Friday.
You can send it any way you like, but USPS (post office) is the cheapest, its fast, and if you keep your receipt you’ll have tracking. Please see How to Ship Us Your Airgun.
We don’t list all of our seal kits online, but using our custom order seal kits page will allow you to input a seal kit for any make or model of airgun.
Many of the parts we have are no longer in production, or spare airgun parts. These are not listed on the website, but you can submit a request for Custom Order Airgun Parts Here.
