Daisy No. 107Â Buck Jones Special is trombone action, 500 shot, BB gun. They were manufactured between 1936 and 1942. Variation 3 floating compass. It also features a sundial with a hole for inserting a matchstick or toothpick. Marked Plymouth Michigan.
This was Daisy’s 2nd Hollywood star sponsored air rifle. Contrary to popular belief, the Buck Jones Special was the only Daisy air rifle to feature a compass in the stock. Vintage Red Ryder’s did not have one (as was in “A Christmas Story”).
This rifle retains 90% of the original metal finish with some speckling. The wood retains 90% of the original finish.
Velocity tested at 300 fps.
