The Sheridan F is a .20 caliber, single shot, bolt action, CO2 pellet rifle with a walnut half stock, and rotating safety. This one was manufactured after 1986 as we can tell by the serial number starting in 464xxx. It’s similar to the C series, or blue / silver streak CO2s. They are hard to find! This one is marked “Sheridan” as was the case when these guns were manufactured between 1975 and 1990. They were later marked F9 under Benjamin / Sheridan. This is the most valuable of the F series, as it’s not marked FB or F9, but “F”.
The metal retains about 90% or better of the original finish, but there was a blemish in the metal finish on the right hand side of the barrel near the muzzle which we darkened. Unless we mentioned it here it’s not likely anyone would even know. It looks good. The stock is showing a little surface wear, but nothing major. It looks good as well.
It’s been cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. The velocity was tested at around 571 fps using lead pellets.
- .20 caliber
- Bolt action / single shot
- CO2 single powerlet
If you are a fan of the Blue Streak air rifle, but not all of the pumping you’ll want this gun.
