The Hawthorne M180 is a Crosman 180 made for Hawethorne by Crosman. The 180 is a single powerlet CO2, .22 caliber, bolt action single shot pellet rifle with a wood stock. This one’s a later variant which has the safety on the trigger guard. Marked Hawthorne Montgomery Wards Co.
The metal retains about 95% of the blued finish. The wood stock has a few minor marks, but is in at least 90% original condition.
It was tested and is in good working condition. The velocity tested at around 525 fps using 14.3gr lead pellets.
