Daisy Sears JC Higgins Cactus Carbine BB Gun

This is a vintage Daisy Sears BB gun with a black from, and brown plastic stock and forearm featured on this model 799-2030. It has a high profile front sight, with combination, flip, peep / V-notch rear sight. It also features the marking J.C. Higgins Cactus Carbine in gold on the stock. The muzzle and forearm band also have holes for a sling. It is the only variation that has these holes. These were manufactured during Daisy’s last few years at Plymouth, Michigan. Because Sears insisted on them having their model numbers, and they didn’t have a registers number they are hard to date.
