The Crosman M-1 is a BB caliber push barrel spring piston smoothbore with a twenty shot gravity fed magazine. The Crosman M-1 is mainly a replica of the U.S. M1 30 caliber carbine. This one’s a 2nd variant type 2 which Crosman made to match the lighter color (vs the dark brown) of the wood stocks of the actual M1 carbines. It has wooden reproduction of the hard to find original metal 180 round reservoir clip. (Does not hold BBs). The Crosman M1 was manufactured between 1968 and 1976.
The stock is in good condition, but appears as if it was at one pointed coated with something to give it a darker appearance. To its credit it does look a bit more like real wood than the typical M1 stock. The barrel and receiver both retain about 80% of the original finish with a nice weathered look to them.
It’s been cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. Velocity was tested at around 284 fps.
