The Crosman 157 is similar to the Crosman 150, but is a .177 caliber instead of .22 caliber like the 150. The model 157 is also harder to come by. It’s a .177 caliber single shot, CO2. This one is a Type 1, variation 2 with the two piece breech and barrel, and non-adjustable power.
The mtal retains about 95% of the finish, and the grips are in very good condition with no cracks or warping. It’s a nice looking pistol. The box is in good condition considering the age, but has some general wear. There are a couple of tears along the corner on the box lid.
This one was cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. The velocity was tested at around 457 fps using lead pellets. Shoots good!
