The Crosman 1400 is a .22 caliber single shot multi pump air rifle with a rifled steel barrel and a hardwood stock. It also has scope rails. They were made from 1968 to 1978. This variant is marked “Sears”, though made by Crosman. It is a first variant with a sliding breech cover.
The metal retains about 90% of the finish. The stock and forearm pump handle are in about 90% original condition. Very nice!
It was recently cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. Velocity tested at around 605 fps with lead pellets.
