The Crosman 100 is basically a .177 caliber model of the Crosman 101. They are a multi-pump pneumatic, bolt action (curved bolt handle), single shot pellet rifle. This one has hexegon rear peep sights, and the curved Crosman Arms Company logo on the die cast receiver. They were manufactured between 1940 and 1950.
The wood stock and forearm were refinished at some point, and are in good condition. Someone repainted the metal, which shows some runs on each side of the breech. The metal retains about 65% of the finish. The velocity was tested in our shop using lead pellets at 745 fps. It’s a very hard shooter for a vintage multi-pump.
- .177 caliber
