Britannia Anglo-Shur Shot Mk1 Air Rifle Mfg 1905-1908

The Britannia Air rifle was made from 1905 to 1908 by CG Bonehill in Birmingham England.

“Massive heavily built airguns which could be considered as the ultimate development of the Gen line of airguns. Notable for a huge end plug on the bottom of the butt-stock compression chamber” Blue Book of Airguns 6th ed p 114-115

Break barrel cocking, spring piston single shot air rifle with the spring piston located in the butt stock 21″ rifled barrel. total production less than 3500. .25 caliber

This one appears to be intact. There are traces of what might have been the original finish but most of the metal is bare. Not really rusty. Not badly pitted. Pretty good for a gun of this age.

Function has not been test. Sold as a collectors item only. Due to the nature of this item it is sold as is, no returns.

Rare airgun collectors item.

From my personal collection.
