The Benjamin 347 is a .177 caliber, bolt action, single shot, multi-pump pneumatic with a rifled barrel. It’s similar to the Benjamin Model 317 but has centrally positioned tang safety. This one has tootsie roll / corncob style forearm pump handle (instead of rectangular). They were manufactured between 1969 & 1992.
The stock and forearm have been refinished. There is a chip in the butt and a crack that has been repaired (pictured). Its still a beautiful stock. The metal retains most of the original finish, though thinning a bit which gives it a nice dark bronze look.
It was cleaned, lubed, and resealed in our shop. Velocity was tested with 10 pumps at about 644 fps using lead pellets.
