The Baikal IZH 38 is a .177 caliber Russian manufactured spring-piston break barrel air rifle with a one piece wood stock, rear sights adjustable for elevation, hooded front sights, and dovetail scope rails. We’re unsure of when they were manufactured.
The stock has a rough area underneath where there was probably a sling bolt installed at some point. It also has a few nicks, but no chips or cracks. Overall it looks pretty good. The metal retains about 85% of the original blued finish.
Velocity tested at around 395 fps using lead pellets.
