Another awesome product ? thanks guy’s. I put this on a 1322 ,looks good, functional it’s a great way to upgrade for a good price compared to others and the kicker ( you can use your stock rear sights on this ) so you don’t have to buy a 50$ plastic p.o.s rear sight that’s not included with the more expensive breech if you know what I mean.

Excellent upgrade to my 1322 pumper! I shoot right handed and decided to select the LH version so that I don’t have to play the back and forth game while loading and pumping. Now I can cock the bolt, load the pellet from my airventuri pellet pen, and pump the gun all without having to remove the gun from my primary hand. And to add to that, this breech allows you to reuse your existing Crosman rear sight without having to Shell out for a LPA sight or red dot right away. I am currently running a S.S. extended probe bolt with hold open magnet from Alchemy Airweks and it functions flawlessly in this breech. FYI, the probe that comes with the Baker breech is the same dimensionally as the extended probe from AA so by buying this breech you’re essentially doing 2 upgrades at once. The only drawback has been the divot created by the OEM breech screw which causes the head of the pellet to get hung up while closing the bolt. I’m still searching for a screw with a slightly thicker head that will make the area a little closer to being flush, which will hopefully remedy this issue. Maybe a drip or two of candle wax will be any easy fix that is also removable in the future?

Does this breech kit allow the bolt to travel far enough back to run an extended probe bolt while still allowing for a pellet to be loaded?

Hello,
We have never tried that combination of parts, so we don’t know for sure.
However, I’m pretty sure that it would work.

I have one of each caliber, one for my 1377 Rear Cocker carbine, and one my 2240 carbine.
They work great!

That’s awesome! Glad to hear it!

Highly recommended! Easy to install, and mounts the rear of the barrel securely with two set screws… Stock plastic breech has NONE. lol Built in dovetail is NICE. Mounted a Tasco Red Dot to it with no adapter, and it made a nice, clean install! Very accurate! Wish I could post a pic! :)

Hi will the stock rear sites fit on the aluminum breech or do I have to buy another rear site?
Daymon –
The stock sight will fit if you don’t install a breech cap. If you have a breech cap and want to install it, you’ll need to sand a little off the sight to get it to fit.
Pete –
No big deal with a little bit of sanding. So ordering process just call with credit card?
Daymon –
Just pop it in your cart and go through checkout. Real easy.
Michael Burch (verified owner) –
Yes. They fit.

I bought this breech and love it! Just wish it had an end cap. Do you sell an end cap that fits this breech?
Pete –
Will this breech work with an older 1377 rear cocking model.
Daymon –
Yes, Sir. It will work.
Rob Gamber –
Is the aluminum breech for my crosman 1322 longer than stock breech or are they available in both sizes? I prefer the longer one
Daymon –
Yes, those are longer than the stock plastic breech.
