About Back Orders

From time to time we can offer products in our store, that we do not have in physical inventory, or that we have to custom build. This can cause delays in shipping up to 1 week, but normally just two or three days.

In the event we don’t have the product you ordered in physical inventory, we may have to order it from one of our distributors, and have it shipped to your address. If for any reason the distributor is also out of the product we will issue a full refund within 1 business day.
