Please Read Carefully Before Continuing So You Understand The Process

We do accept phone calls, but would REALLY appreciate it if you could please fill out the form on the next page. Your order will be handled the exact same way. Because each airgun is different the prices for repair are different. We will send you a price quote for your repair within 1 business day, and often times the very same day.

Turn around time is currently 6 to 8 weeks on airgun repair. We have over 250 airguns in our shop for repair at any given time.

How The Process Works

After you’ve filled out the email form (next page) we will send you a price quote. If you’re satisfied with the price you can ship us your airgun through regular U.S. mail (that’s the cheapest way). We will repair your gun, then send you an invoice either by email, or regular U.S. Priority Mail. You can pay an invoice using our secure online payment system, or you can pay by phone. We also accept checks through the mail. Once your airgun has been repaired, and we’ve received payment we will ship your airgun back to the address you supplied.

How to Ship Your Airgun

Send your airgun to:

Baker Airguns
117 S Main St
Mount Victory, Ohio 43340

Note: have your airgun packaged and ready to go. It’s not a good idea to carry what looks like a firearm to the post office. Please include a note with your gun with any additional info, phone number, return shipping address, and an email address would be helpful. Do not send payment with your airgun. Payment will not be due until your airgun repair is completed.

On the next page just send us an email with the make and model (example: Benjamin 312) of your airgun. We will email you a price quote and further instructions. We DO NOT need a serial number. Just the make and model.
